The United Nations UNESCO in partnership with Digital Divide Data Inc. hired Brechin to provide the leadership, process and technology to digitize the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Archives content in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for a Memory of the World Digitization Project.
Brechin has been certified by the CAN-CGSB Standard 72.34-2005 Electronic Records as Documentary Evidence and CNA-CGSB Standard 72.11.93 Microfilm and Electronic Imaging as Documentary Evidence.
